Click on the PRINT button below. A new window will open with the inspection agreement. Click on the Adobe Acrobat Print button to print the report. (Do not use your browser’s print button.) Once you have printed the agreement you can close the window. Please fill out the agreement and email it to Inspectors@PristineHomeInspections.com or fax it to 217-402-9851.
